COLIN JAMES BRINGS THE LIMELIGHT TO CANADA
MapleMusic Recordings artist Colin James has announced a 20 plus date concert tour that will bring him coast to coast in Canada this winter.
This is Colin's first tour in support of Limelight, which has enjoyed across the board critical acclaim since its release in September. The Edmonton Sun exclaimed about Limelight "(Colin has) done it again. The boy gets better with every record and here's another winner."
Fans were introduced to Limelight's soulful groove with first single "Far Away Like A Radio" featuring former Junkhouse frontman Tom Wilson which scaled the Top 20 at rock radio. Follow-up single, blues rocker "Travellin'," is currently in rotation.
To recreate the soulful feel of Limelight and the full range of his recorded output Colin will be touring with a 6 piece band including a 2 piece horn section. The Cowboy Junkies have been confirmed as the opening act for the listed Stratford and Toronto dates. Support for the rest of the tour is being finalized.
